Scripture: Psalm 95

What’s your favorite? Mountains or beach?

Doesn’t matter…God made it all.

Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
Journal: Write a prayer thanking God for the mountains and the sea…what peace you can find at those two places! (Thankfully with God we can have that peace everywhere.)
Move: A dumbbell workout for chest and back. Do 3 sets of 8 each:
- Chest press
- Chest flyes
- Push-ups
- Renegade rows
- Dumbbell pullover
