Scripture: Psalm 94

He’s a God of vengeance…

…a God of judgment…

…a God of discipline.

He’s also a God of help…

…a God of steadfast love…

…a God of consolation.

He brings true balance to the soul and to the world.

22 But the LORD has become my stronghold,
and my God the rock of my refuge.
23 He will bring back on them their iniquity
and wipe them out for their wickedness;
the LORD our God will wipe them out.
 

Journal: Write a prayer thanking God for His discipline and His consolation.


Move: 5 sets of 10 reps each for the glutes and legs:

  • Wide Squat
  • Glute bridge
  • Split squat
  • Walking lunge
  • Squat
  • Donkey kick
  • Bicycle crunch
  • Russian twist
  • Toe touch crunch

Praise the Lord, and just show up.

Daily Dig: 11/24/20

Scripture: Psalm 86

God is good…

God is forgiving…

…all the time.

That’s steadfast love.

And that’s something for which to be thankful.

Glory to God for His steadfast love!

…and for His MERCY, and GRACE, and that He’s so very patient with us.

He ABOUNDS in steadfast love and faithfulness that we may have abundant life!


Journal: Write a prayer thanking God for His steadfast love.


Move: Run…it’s almost time to feast!

Scripture: Isaiah 11

The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit supply all the things we really need:

  • Wisdom
  • Understanding
  • Counsel
  • Might
  • Knowledge
  • The fear of the Lord

Since the beginning of time, to the time of Isaiah, to now, and into eternity, He supplies all we need.


Journal: Write a prayer thanking God for supplying for our needs.
