Daily Dig: 10/10/20

Scripture: Deuteronomy 10

With all the craziness of the world it’s comforting to know that there is One who is in control.

The world is His.

Journal: Write a prayer of praise to God and a prayer for our world.

Move: Long run day. Go run/walk for an hour or more.

{Beginner’s run #3: Walk 5 minutes to warm-up, then run 3 minutes/walk 1 minute x4, then walk 5 minutes to cool-down.}

Praise the Lord, and just show up.
