Scripture: Hebrews 5
The high priest did their job in being mediators between the Jewish people and God. Jesus likewise is a mediator for us. The difference is that His sacrifice is an eternal sacrifice and He lives forever to mediate for us.

Journal: Write a prayer thanking God for providing us with a High Priest who lives forever and a sacrifice that provides us with eternal salvation.
