Scripture: Proverbs 4
This has always been the funniest verse to me:
“The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom…”
Duh…haha. The rest of the verse says,
“and whatever you get, get insight.”
God gave us His Word. Wisdom lies within. We have to open it, read it, and put it in our heart.
God’s words are “life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh” (vs. 22).
Therefore:
And…
Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you. Ponder the path of your feet; then all your ways will be sure. Do not swerve to the right or to the left; turn your foot away from evil.
Proverbs 4:25-27
