Scripture: Psalm 78
God has wrath stored up. Thankfully He has overwhelming compassion to match.
He’s been so patient with Israel since the time of Abraham, and He is just as patient with us.
He atoned for our sins by sending His only Son as a sacrifice. All we have to do is believe:
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."
Journal: Write a prayer thanking the Lord for His compassion.
Move: Long run day. Can you go 7 or more miles? Try it…walk when you need to.
