Scripture: Psalm 119:1-8

Let this be our prayer:

“Oh that my ways may be steadfast in keeping your statutes!”

We don’t have to have it all figured out. We just have to be willing to keep our eyes fixed on Him.

Journal: Write a prayer of praise to God. Ask Him to help you keep your eyes fixed on His word.

Scripture: Psalm 117

That’s the whole Psalm. So few words, but really what else needs to be said? When the whole world finally bows at the feet of the Lord there will peace, and love, and truth. Isn’t that what we all want in life?

The Lord is the only one who can fulfill these desires in our life. Praise Him.

Journal: Write a prayer for our world. Write a prayer of praise.

Move: Run. Let’s stick to the time theme. Today go for a solid 30 minutes. Walk when/if you need to.

{Beginner’s run #10: Walk 5 minutes to warm-up, then run 5 minute/walk 1 minute x5, then walk 5 minutes to cool-down.}

Praise the Lord, and keep showing up.
