Daily Dig: 12/17/20

Scripture: Proverbs 12

Love discipline = Love knowledge

Hate reproof = Stupid

(I’m not calling you names. I’m just quoting scripture.)

Hopefully you love discipline because the Lord disciplines those He loves.

Take His advice and take the advice of those who follow Him…or at least consider it.

Be wise. Be kind.


Journal: Write a prayer asking the Lord to help you be open to good advice.


Move: Run. 25 minutes.

Beginner’s run #8: Walk 5 minutes to warm-up, then run 4 minutes/walk 1 minute x4, then walk 5 minutes to cool-down.}


Praise the Lord, and keep showing up.

Daily Dig: 11/19/20

Scripture: Proverbs 11

Humble yourself, keep your mouth shut, and share what you have freely with other.

The proverbs are the only “how to live your best life” guide you need.


Journal: Write a prayer thanking God for showing us how to live.


Move: Run 3 miles with some speedy pick-ups mixed in.

Scripture: Proverbs 10

19 When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but whoever restrains his lips is prudent.

Love more. Talk less.


Journal: Write a prayer asking the Lord for self-control over the words you speak, and that when you do speak it will be motivated by love for others and God.


Move: Run. 3-5 miles.
