Scripture: Genesis 7 and 8

When the Lord flooded the whole earth it wasn’t reckless destruction. It was calculated, organized, and purposeful. He is a God of order even when it comes to demolition.

He always has a purpose, He always has a plan, and He seals it with a promise.

He upholds creation by the word of His mouth.

Scripture: Psalm 28

3 Do not drag me off with the wicked, with the workers of evil, who speak peace with their neighbors while evil is in their hearts. 4 Give to them according to their work and according to the evil of their deeds; give to them according to the work of their hands; render them their due reward. 5 Because they do not regard the works of the LORD or the work of his hands, he will tear them down and build them up no more.

“Blessed be the LORD! For he has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy” (vs.6)

The Lord is our STRENGTH.

The Lord is our SAVIOR.

The Lord is our SHEPHERD.

Cry out to God for help.

Lift up your hands to His sanctuary.

(Vs.1)
