A Workout:
- 20 light-weight or body-weight squats
- 20 stability ball or regular crunches
- 15 squats with a little heavier weight
- 20 crunches
- 10 squats, just a little heavier…
- 20 crunches
- 5 heavy-weight squats
- THEN…
- On a step or box: Do 10 step-ups per leg with 10 single-arm shoulder presses per arm.
- Finish with 2 sets of 20 Russian twists.
- (If you ever don’t know what an exercise is just Google it…there’s almost always a 30 second video to demonstrate.)
