Today’s Devo:
@First5App @Proverbs31org The story of God’s people in the book of Exodus is the story of God’s people today. https://myf5.co/563686
Highlights:
“He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives …to set at liberty those who are oppressed…”
Luke 4:18b
“This is the heart of the gospel woven throughout the pages of Scripture: freedom for those who are enslaved by sin and oppressed by the enemy. Jesus Christ has set us free from the power of sin.”
From Old Testament to New:
“Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 12 Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak.” Exodus 4:11-12
“When they deliver you over, do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say, for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour.” Matthew 10:19

Pages 33-39, Seeing Jesus in the Old Testament
A Book Recommendation:
This is one of the books I have to read for school. The preface and intro were so intriguing and applicable to our study that I wanted to share. I hope the rest of the book is as good!
