Scripture: Psalm 116
He hears…I will not stop calling to Him.
If you’re suffering, pray.
He is gracious and merciful. He saves and preserves. He gives rest to the soul and deals bountifully with it.
He is The Deliverer.
I believed, even when I spoke:
“I am greatly afflicted”;
I said in my alarm,
“All mankind are liars.”
Vs 10-11
I am His servant.
I will offer my sacrifice of thanksgiving.
I will not stop calling to Him.
Journal: Write a prayer calling to God. Hand your troubles to Him.
Move: Rest, repeat, recover.
