The greatest commandments are one in the same: love God, love others.
This doesn’t necessarily happen naturally. It takes intention.
Be intentional with your love:

Journal: Write a prayer asking God to help you love intentionally.
Move: Last week I said I was going to alternate posting my mat pilates video and my runner’s (or anyone’s) glute/hip supplement video every week this month, so we can work on building up a strong, yet flexible core. Here’s the glute/hip video for today:
