Scripture: Psalm 50

…and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.”

Psalm 50:15

Two things the Lord undoubtedly wants from us:

  1. He wants us to give Him our thanks.
  2. He wants us to ask Him for help.

That’s worship.

Journal: Write a prayer thanking God and asking Him for help

Move: A chest and core workout. 3 sets of 10 reps each:

  • Dumbbell chest press
  • Decline pushups (feet elevated)
  • Incline pushups
  • Side to side pushups
  • Dumbbell chest flies
  • Spiderman
  • V-ups
  • Ab tucks
  • 1 minute plank

Praise the Lord, and just show up!
