Scripture: Psalm 17

The Psalms are good to pray through as your own prayers. If at times you’re praying through a Psalm and it doesn’t seem to apply to you then turn it into a prayer for others. We can always think of someone, or a group of people, facing afflictions of different sorts. Use the Psalms and let the Spirit direct your words in prayer.


Journal: Copy parts of the Psalms that do apply to you or that you’d like to memorize.


Move: A workout for home or the gym:


Praise the Lord, and just show up!
