Scripture: 1 Samuel 5 and 6
The Lord, His name, and things to do with Him and His name are not to be taken lightly.
He made foreign idols bow down. He made misery for the Philistines when they stole His ark.
They soon returned the ark to the Israelites and admitted that none can stand before this Holy God….our Holy God.
Journal: Write a prayer and ask that God will reveal His power to the one’s you know who are lost.
Move: Try a fartlek: run easy, pick a landmark and run fast to it, run easy again, repeat for as long as you’re able.
