Scripture: Revelation 4
If you ever read through the full book of Revelation it’s insightful to note everything said about God.
He’s obviously indescribable but John does his best to put into words what he sees.
3 And he who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian, and around the throne was a rainbow that had the appearance of an emerald.
We also get the words of those around His throne in heaven.
“Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!”
We can only imagine what it’s like to stand before Him.
“Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”
Cast your life before Him and prepare for the day when you’ll meet Him face to face.
Journal: Write a prayer of praise to God.
