Scripture: Galatians 3 and 4
The work of Christ on the cross fulfills the law and frees the Jews (and us) from being enslaved by works:
But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.
Galatians 4:5
Christ came to redeem us. We are adopted by God!
We can cry out to Him as children cry out to a loving father. We have free access to Him and He accepts us based on our faith in Jesus Christ alone.
You are loved.
Journal: Write a prayer to your Abba, Father. Thank Him for adopting you into His family and for His continued grace, mercy, and love.
Move: Try a test-run 5k. Run it as steady and quick as you can.
