Scripture: 2 Corinthians 2
14 But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere.
Thanks be to God.
He leads us.
Don’t be afraid to follow where He leads, don’t be afraid to let others see Christ in you.
Flowers don’t bloom in order to go unnoticed. The color and scent of their blooms attract bees, butterflies, and birds. Then their pollen and seeds are carried to other flowers and other places, and more flowers are produced.
Bloom for Christ and let others be attracted to the Life in you.
He is sufficient.
Journal: Write a prayer of thanksgiving that God is sufficient to work through you. Pray for the lost people you encounter in your day.
Move: This workout is not as complicated as it appears. Set a timer for 7 minutes and do the jumping jacks, squats, and pushups, and then do the bicep and tricep exercises 25x each, then add in some 20 second cardio bursts. Just keep it moving, get the heart rate up, and work the bis/tris with the weights. You can do it.
Praise the Lord, and just show up!
