Scripture: Revelation 2 and 3

As you read these letters to the seven churches think about the acknowledgments each receives for the good they do and the admonishments they receive for where they’ve fallen short.

What would the Lord say to you personally? Would any of these statements apply?:

1. “But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first.”
Revelation 2:4

2. “‘I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich).”
Revelation 2:9‭ ***poor physically, but rich spiritually?***

3. “‘I know where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. Yet you hold fast my name, and you did not deny my faith…”
Revelation 2:13a

4. “‘I know your works, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your latter works exceed the first.”
Revelation 2:19

5. “‘I know your works. You have the reputation of being alive, but you are dead.”
Revelation 3:1

6. “‘I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.”
Revelation 3:8

7. “‘I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot!”
Revelation 3:15

Journal: It’s good to take a self- evaluation sometimes. Write a prayer asking the Lord to encourage you in your strengths and help you in your weakness. Let’s not be lukewarm!

Move: Rest day or do the long run from yesterday. Don’t forget to stretch!

{Beginner’s run #18: warm-up with a 5-minute walk, then run 8 minutes/walk 1 minute x3, then cool-down with a 5-minute walk.}

Let’s be all in!

Praise the Lord, and keep showing up!
