Scripture: Acts 1-2:47

God’s plan continues. He knew they would kill His Son. He knew His Son would overcome death. He knew we would need a Helper.
He sent us His Spirit.
If you’re a believer, you know Him. He has been your helper. If not, call on God. Do it now. Recognize that you NEED Him. Admit that you can never be good enough to earn heaven. We all sin. Jesus didn’t.
Let Him be your Savior and the Spirit be your Helper.
Journal: If you have any doubt of your salvation then write a prayer to God repenting of your sins and asking Jesus to save you. Ask for the Spirit to come into your life.
If you’re already following Christ, write a prayer of thanksgiving for His Spirit, and repent of sins that may be hindering His work in your life.

Move: Let’s go run! It’s interval day. Today find a hill, any hill, and run up it as fast as you can!
Technicalities:
- Warmup for 5 min with an easy jog (or 1-2 miles easy).
- Run 10-20 seconds up the hill.
- Turn walking/jogging down to recover for 60-90 seconds.
- Repeat 4-10 times!
{Beginner’s run #5: warm-up with a 5- minute walk, then run 3 minutes/walk 1 minute x4, then cool-down with a 5- minute walk.} ***yes, this is easier than yesterday’s run. It’s good to take a day to step back and let your training really sink in.***
