Scripture: Jude 1 (that’s the whole book.) š

Do you ever feel confused about the truth? One person says something that sounds okay to you, but then someone else says, “No, that’s wrong,” and you have to decipher the lingo and filter the religious jargon to try and discern who’s right???
It’s overwhelming, and it can make you feel alone.
This is why it’s important to study your Bible…you have to know the Truth from the source to be able to sniff out falsehoods that threaten to confuse. You also need to have some backup. We need to stand firm against false teachings and encourage each other with the word, and not least of all, PRAY. Pray for your own discernment and for that of your friends and family.
Pray and live by the Spirit of Truth.
Journal: Write out a prayer. (You can copy from Jude 20 til the end.) Ask for discernment and courage to stand firm. Ask for the help of the Holy Spirit.
Move: Try to get out early and run before you start the rest of your day, and leave some time for some yoga-type stretches. If it’s already too late today then make a plan to start tomorrow out right.
{Beginner’s run #4: warm-up with a 5- minute walk, then run 3 minutes/walk 1 minute x5, then cool-down with a 5- minute walk.}
Don’t dig alone, ’cause if you fall down on the job, who’s gonna help you up??? (Ecclesiastes 4:10)
Praise the Lord, and keep showing up.
