Scripture: Psalm 94

He’s a God of vengeance…

…a God of judgment…

…a God of discipline.

He’s also a God of help…

…a God of steadfast love…

…a God of consolation.

He brings true balance to the soul and to the world.

22 But the LORD has become my stronghold,
and my God the rock of my refuge.
23 He will bring back on them their iniquity
and wipe them out for their wickedness;
the LORD our God will wipe them out.

Journal: Write a prayer thanking God for His discipline and His consolation.

Move: 5 sets of 10 reps each for the glutes and legs:

  • Wide Squat
  • Glute bridge
  • Split squat
  • Walking lunge
  • Squat
  • Donkey kick
  • Bicycle crunch
  • Russian twist
  • Toe touch crunch

Praise the Lord, and just show up.
