Scripture: Psalm 77
It is important to remember from where the Lord has brought you.
Look back and remember what the Lord has done.
That’s why I like journaling and keeping record of things I’ve prayed for and request I’ve made. Also, making lists of things I’m grateful for, of answers to those prayers, is a worthwhile discipline to practice.
Journal: Continue on your list of things you’re thankful for. Focus on remembering hard things God has accomplished for you in the past.
Move: Wednesday weights. A dumbbell workout for chest and abs. 4 sets of 10 each:
- Chest press
- Chest fly
- Wide push-ups
- Russian twist
- Toe touches
- Straight leg sit-ups
Praise the Lord, and just show up.
