Scripture: Psalm 70
But I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord , do not delay!
If you don’t think you’re “poor and needy”, you’re wrong. We’re all in need of a Savior. He gives us salvation: the richest of riches we could ever desire. Seek Him and be glad.
Journal: Write a prayer and thank the Lord for all His provisions…spiritual and physical.
Move: Legs and Abs dumbbell workout. 3 sets of 20 reps each:
- Alternating forward lunges
- Stability ball hamstring curls
- Single leg squats
- Jump squats
- Hip thrusts
- Calf raises
- Stability ball crunches
- Stability ball ab roll-out
Praise the Lord, and just show up.
