Scripture: Psalm 60

You have set up a banner for those who fear you, that they may flee to it from the bow. Selah

Psalm 60:4

We can’t fight our battles alone…physically or spiritually.

Fight with God. Pray.


Journal: Write a prayer to the Lord about whatever battle you’re facing. He knows your weaknesses and He wants to help.


Move: Legs and abs. Grab your dumbbells and a swiss ball (stability ball) if you have one. 3 sets of 12 reps each:

  • Squats
  • Step-ups
  • Walking lunges
  • Swiss ball leg curls
  • Ab tuck
  • Bicycle
  • Mountain climbers
  • Elbow plank with leg lifts

Praise the Lord, and just show up!
