Daily Dig: 9/29/20

Scripture: Psalm 59

When your mind begins to stir in the morning and you’re coaxing yourself out of bed do you have a list of things to dread? Do you have a list of things to accomplish? What about a list of things you’re excited for? Let’s add these things about God to whichever list it is:

  • He’s strong.
  • He’s steadfast.
  • He’s our fortress.
  • He’s our refuge.

He is our strength and His love upholds the world.

Journal: Write a prayer of praise to God. Write a song!

Move: Working up to run a fast 5k on Saturday!…run an easy 3 miles today.

If you’re new to running and have been following my plan then you’ll be finishing a 5k on Saturday! Here’s today’s run:

{Beginner’s run #22: Walk 5 minutes to warm-up, then run 9 minute/walk 1 minute x4, then walk 5 minutes to cool-down.}

Praise the Lord, and just show up!
