Scripture: Psalm 50
…and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.”Psalm 50:15
Two things the Lord undoubtedly wants from us:
- He wants us to give Him our thanks.
- He wants us to ask Him for help.
Journal: Write a prayer thanking God and asking Him for help
Move: A chest and core workout. 3 sets of 10 reps each:
- Dumbbell chest press
- Decline pushups (feet elevated)
- Incline pushups
- Side to side pushups
- Dumbbell chest flies
- Ab tucks
- 1 minute plank
Praise the Lord, and just show up!

Done. Thanks for the prompting.💗 many of my prayers flow with thanksgiving bc I know how dependent I am on Him everyday. And of course, I’m always asking for help. Goodness, one would think He wearies with all mybrequests for help but Praise be to Him that He NEVER grows weary with me. For that I am most thankful.
