Scripture: Romans 8

Aren’t you glad that this world isn’t the best there can be???
Even the beauty we see in creation isn’t at its prime. Can you even imagine how great the new heaven and new earth will be???…Free from sin and death.
We can’t see it yet but we can hope for it.
25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
Suffering and patience usually go hand in hand. Thankfully we have the Spirit to help us.

For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
The Spirit produces patience in our lives, and the Spirit produces powerful prayers.
And while we wait we can be reassured by this:

He’s got the master plan. He knew us before we existed. He predestined us, He called us, He conformed us, He justified us, and He glorified us.
Journal: Write a prayer thanking the Lord for His Spirit that helps us when we don’t know how to pray.
Move: Run day. Just go for 1 hour. Run, walk, move.
{Beginner’s run #5: Walk 5 minutes to warm-up, then run 3 minutes/walk 1 minute x4, then walk 5 minutes to cool-down.}
Praise the Lord, and just show up.
