Daily Dig: 8/19/20

Scripture: Hebrews 8

Jesus is our High Priest. He’s the only priest we need. He’s our link to the Father. He makes it possible for us to access God in the rush of the day or in the middle of the night. We can know Him thanks to His mercy and His grand plan to bring is near.


Journal: Write a prayer to God thanking Him that you CAN PRAY.


Move: A dumbbell and core workout for home or gym. 3 sets of 12-15 reps:

  • Bent dumbbell rows
  • Lying straight arm pullovers
  • Alternating bicep curls
  • Single leg squats
  • Sumo squats
  • Deadlifts
  • Calf raises
  • Side crunches
  • Scissor kicks
  • Reverse crunches

Praise the Lord, and just show up.
