Daily Dig: 5/27/20

Scripture: Psalm 19

This is a Psalm you can pray straight through. Pause and take note of God’s creation and how it speaks to His character. Meditate on the Scriptures and think on the power of God’s word. Put your own sin into right perspective and pray for a pure mind and heart.

Pray to God, He is our rock and our redeemer (vs 14).


Journal: Copy this prayer, memorize it, take it to heart.


Move: This is a workout for the gym. It’s one I’ve done in preparation for hiking/run in the mountains. If you’re doing it at home you can substitute the stairmill for a run or stair climbs at your house, you can do squats instead of leg extensions, and you can just do normal situps.


Praise the Lord, and keep showing up.
