Scripture: Psalm 5

Bring your groanings to the Lord.

Trust in the abundance of His steadfast love.

Let Him lead you on the straight path forsaking the lies of the enemy.


Journal: Write a prayer thanking the Lord for His protection.


Move: Long run day. Go out for an hour or more…slow and steady.

{Beginner’s run #6: Walk 5 minutes to warm-up, then run 4 minutes/walk 1 minute x4, then walk 5 minutes to cool-down.}


Praise the Lord and just show up!
