Yep, I don’t even have a second thing crossed off page 1, and I already came up with a page 2 of the to-do list.

I have made slow progress though…

I finished the mudroom ceiling:

Now I just have to get to the walls and trim. However, I had to take a break from that to paint the porch ceiling so IV can hang the swing.

And you’ll have to wait a bit longer for the after. I’m working in 1.5 hour windows usually so I don’t always have time to finish what I start. That’s something I’ve had to become okay with…doing what I can, when I can.

I do love the color though:

I love Utah so I knew I couldn’t go wrong with this.

Here it is compared to the Greenwich Village I used on the mudroom and foyer ceilings:

More blue, less gray.

Finishing a home renovation is kind of like running a 50k (that’s what I was doing in Utah; sitting in a chair on top of a mountain I just climbed)…it gets less fun as you go. BUT just like the 50k in Utah…the view is worth it!
