Today Nana and Poppy came to town….oh, and Eva. 🙂
They’ve renovated a couple of houses in the past so they’ve got the experience and the willingness to get down and dirty that we need.
They set up a little makeshift kitchen until IV gets things sealed up in the real kitchen, and cleaned, and killed bugs, and cleaned up some really nasty window seals, and much more.
They also brought us the first of our furniture…stuff they’ve collected from yard sales and such.
In painting news…I finished the first room!!! Woohoo!!!
And I got a good start on the second room.
IV had to go to his regular job today but he was still able to get a lot done afterward…he doesn’t want me to show you yet though.
Oh, the suspense!!!
